Fireplace

A simply project from a formal point of view. An ironic idea supported by an execution not easy. The fireplace is made by two polished stainless steel side columns, with diameter of 50 cm. and by a steel lintel acid treated and passed with wax. The columns seems to incline under the weight of the beam creating a destabilization effect at the observer. An object that generally has traditional shapes, it’s here interpreted in a sculptural key extremely modern.
